opening an account
If you wish to open a Trading Account with Rendo you will be required to complete a “Sales Account Application Form”. Upon the return and completion of this form, providing it is authorized by Rendo, an account will be opened.

You can place an order by telephone, post, fax or email.
telephone orders
When placing an order by telephone, please inform the Sales representative that confirmation will follow. To avoid duplication, please mark your paperwork with "Confirmation".

When placing an order with Rendo, to ensure efficient processing, please include:

Delivery times quoted by Rendo are estimates only, and Rendo will not be held responsible for late delivery of images and/or services.

customer terms and conditions
Any terms on the purchaser’s order shall not apply unless explicitly agreed in writing by us.
prices
The prices quoted by Rendo are only valid for 30 days from the date shown on the quotation.
value added tax
VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate, unless VAT exemption applies. Our VAT Registration Number is: GB 942 5530 28
invoicing
Rendo will accept orders and payments in GB Pounds only.
minimum order charge
Rendo uphold a minimum order value of £50 excluding VAT.
terms
As agreed in your "Account Acceptance Form" otherwise as stated on the Invoice.
retention of title
All goods sold by Rendo remain the property of Rendo until payment is made in full.
penalty
No orders containing penalty clauses will be accepted without prior written agreement.
cancellation
The company reserves the right to recover from the purchaser all costs incurred in relation to the order up to the time of cancellation. No order may be cancelled except with our agreement in writing.
charges
There will be an additional charge for payment by letter of credit. Bank charges must not be deducted when making payment.
data protection
The image creator will take all reasonable steps to make sure that the customers data is stored in a secure manner. However, the image creator accepts no responsibility for data lost and/or stolen and the resulting effects of the data being miss-used.
copyright
Any image disclosed to Rendo is done so under the following conditions; the image is free to distribute under international laws and has either no ruling owner and/or is owned by the customer and/or is licensed for distribution to the customer by a third-party. Any liability of an image supplied by the customer to the image creator, whereby an international law has been breached is solely the responsibility of the customer. Rendo cannot be held responsible for the material obtained in breach of copyright and/or trademark laws. Under these circumstances Rendo will inform the relevant governing bodies if discovered to be in possession of an illegal image. Any image produced by Rendo for the customer, whereby a copyright and/or trademark infringement occurs as result of an image received from the customer will remain the liability of the customer.
